I know, everyone is going to judge me as an immature little boy for this one. But, realize that the joke here is not "ha, ha, poop." but rather, "What is the most ridiculous thing a person might do to get out of being pinched on Saint Patrick's day?", and, "Is it really better than being pinched?"
I shouldn't have to explain this comic, but it seems we live in a time that judges based on first instict reactions of "ew" instead of the objective perspective of "Good God, I'm glad I'm not one of the poor bastards in that situation!"
